I can run a few other Dx10 without longer loading screens, so I'm not sure why it only does this for Warframe. The screen stays frozen the entire time this happens, and unfreezes when it's done loading.
For a few years now I've been using Dx9, but since it's being phased out I've had to switch back over to Dx The issue is that the initial loading screen before logging in takes mins to load, and the mission transitions both into and out of a mission take around 5 minutes.
